The Hornets officially pay tribute to Jordan: To 13 unforgettable years!

The official Hornets organization today paid tribute to Michael Jordan, thanking him for his unforgettable 13 years. Michael Jordan, widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, had a remarkable career.

From his rookie year in 1984 with the Chicago Bulls, he quickly made a name for himself with his exceptional skills, athleticism, and competitive spirit. Jordan led the Bulls to six NBA championships and earned five regular season MVP awards.

One of the key highlights of his career was his first retirement in 1993 when he stunned the world by leaving basketball to pursue a career in professional baseball. However, his love for the game brought him back to the NBA in 1995, where he joined the Bulls once again and led them to three more championships. After retiring for the second time in 1999, Jordan took on different roles in the basketball industry.

He became the owner and chairman of the Charlotte Hornets in 2010, showing his commitment to the team and the sport that had brought him so much success. Under his leadership, the Hornets have made significant strides both on and off the court. Michael Jordan's impact on the game extends beyond his playing career.
